BRANCH STUDIO RECITALS

Branch Studio Recitals are set up so that PV-VC MTAC teachers may use the First United Methodist Church for personal studio recitals at a reduced rate.

Teachers: Please refer to monthly newsletters for available recital dates and fees.

To reserve times, email your desired date and time to Nicole Burns at BurnsPianoStudio@aol.com (See General Calendar for Dates).

Once your reservation is confirmed, send a check payable to PV-VC MTAC to Nicole A. Burns. This is non-refundable. You may exchange within the Branch or forfeit. A waitlist for dates and times will be accepted.

You have use of the Sanctuary, Parlor, and Restrooms during your scheduled time. You must reserve enough time for set-up and clean-up. You must be finished in time for the next reservation.

You may not use other parts of the church. The church may not be left unattended at any time. You are responsible to remain at the church until the next teacher arrives. Scheduling immediately before or after another studio is highly recommended.

Following your recital please be sure to return the Sanctuary, Narthex (Foyer), Parlor, and Restrooms to their original state. This means even small details like wiping down the bathroom sink, straightening the pews (books and pencils), picking up trash and extra programs, straightening chairs... Bring your own cleaning wipes to wipe down tables and bathrooms. The piano will be moved by Lalo Mejia @ Season’s Cleaning.

If you move something or use something, you must put it back. Please be considerate of the next teacher and do your part! It is always a good rule to leave the place in better condition than you found it. Remember, FUMC has Sunday Service the following morning.

Noncompliance will result in loss of future use privileges.
