Fredric Beerstein, oboe instructor at California Lutheran University, is currently a member ofthe Thousand Oaks Philharmonic and the New West Symphony as well as the Channel Islands Chamber Orchestra. Teaching experience includes 17 seasons at the Summer Program of the Idyllwild Arts Academy, Ventura College, Operation Oboe and a large private studio.
