A huge thank you to Jeong-ah Ryu for her work with the Bach Festival, and to Lily Starobinets for chairing the Branch Competition. Congratulations to all the winners—and to their teachers!

Congratulations to Daniel Newman-Lessler on completing his Graduate Conducting Recital! It is a rare treat to watch someone grow up participating in our Branch events (under the tutelage of Peter Yazbeck) and then to watch their musical journey unfold into adulthood. Kudos!

Please feel free to join us at the May board meeting on the 12th in my home. We will be discussing the calendar for the coming year, and we'd love to hear your input and suggestions.

Are you planning on attending the MTAC Santa Clara Convention? Will you be a first-time attendee? Our Branch can select one member, who has never been to Convention before, to receive full registration for free! If you are interested, please let me know right away. First come, first serve!
